Guide for Musicians
We sincerely thank all the musicians who are helping us create wonderful performances at WUMUJI.
Below is some important information about performances at WUMUJI.
Equipment
Contract Preparation and Settlement
•
Admission fees, seating arrangements (standing/seated), audience size, etc. will be decided in consultation with the musicians.
•
Specific conditions and other necessary matters shall be clearly stated in advance in a written contract.
•
Total audience numbers, sales, expenses, profit calculations, etc. are shared transparently before payment of the guarantee.
•
Performance proceeds are paid within a maximum of seven days (average three days) after a 3.3% withholding tax deduction.
Performance Information
•
Once the schedule is finalized, we would appreciate it if you could send us high-resolution photos and a brief introduction within a week so that we can produce concert posters and informational materials.
WUMUJI is always trying new things to promote musicians, so if you have any good ideas, please feel free to share them with us!
•
Behind the stage, there is a video wall consisting of four 65-inch UHD TVs.
It is also possible to broadcast videos or photos that match the mood of the song.
Please note that prior consultation with an engineer is required if you wish to use this feature.
•
Performances are generally recorded and filmed.
All recordings are for archival purposes, and all results will be provided to the musicians for their free use.
Some of these (up to 10 minutes) may be featured on WUMUJI website, YouTube, and other social media channels. If you agree to the full release, it will proceed after a separate consent procedure.
•
You can sell albums and merchandise at the venue.
If you want, you can register on the WUMUJI website and extend your sales online.
•
After the performance, you can have time with the audience at the venue.

Important Notice
•
In the green room
◦
Furniture and equipment in the green room cannot be moved outside the performance hall.
◦
After use, please tidy up, turn off all power, and check before leaving.
◦
If there are any damaged items in the room, please inform the person in charge in advance.
◦
Please note that you may be liable for compensation for damaged items.
◦
Cooking, eating, and using heating appliances are prohibited in the waiting room.
◦
Please consult with the staff on site for any other necessary matters.

On stage
◦
Intentionally spraying water on the stage or audience seats is strictly prohibited.
This may lead to dangerous accidents such as electric shock. Please be especially careful as the stage is carpeted.
◦
In the event of a fire or emergency, please follow the instructions of the venue staff, broadcasts, or signage and act calmly.
◦
The use of flammable materials or hazardous substances is prohibited on stage.
◦
When using electrical equipment, please ensure safe installation and use.
Guide for Audience
Ticket Purchase and Refund Information

Tickets for Woomooji performances can be purchased at LiNC (https://shop.linc.fan/collections/wumuji).
•
Once the performance schedule is finalized, it will be posted on the WUMUJI website and LiNC, so please check the schedule and make your reservations.
•
Refunds and cancellations are subject to LiNC's ticket cancellation and refund policy.
Please be sure to check before making your reservation.
How to Use
•
WUMUJI is a space that has been officially registered in accordance with the Theater Act.
Therefore, we do not sell food or alcohol inside the venue.
•
However, you are welcome to bring your own drinks and alcohol. In order to keep the venue clean and reduce waste, we recommend using containers with lids or tumblers.
(We plan to sell tumblers as Umuji merchandise. Please check our website for details.)
•
Bringing food into the venue is not permitted without the approval of the Umuji management team. We ask for your understanding in order to maintain a comfortable viewing environment.
•
WUMUJI is located on the first basement floor, but unfortunately, there is no elevator.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
•
There are no age restrictions unless otherwise noted,
but we recommend that children under 12 be accompanied by a guardian.
Underage drinking is strictly prohibited!

The green room is for authorized personnel only.
Please refrain from entering unless otherwise instructed.
•
Climbing on stage or throwing water is strictly prohibited!
It is extremely dangerous due to the risk of electric shock.
•
In the event of a fire or other emergency,
please follow the instructions of the staff, announcements, and signs.
•
Please maintain order and remain quiet while waiting to enter.
•
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
•
Please refrain from excessive drinking or any behavior that may inconvenience other audience members.
•
Please note that you may be asked to leave if you commit a serious or repeated violation.
