Contract Preparation & Settlement

Admission fees, seating type (standing/seated), and audience capacity will be determined in consultation with the performing artists.
All terms and relevant details will be documented in a written contract prior to the event.
Total attendance, ticket sales, expenses, and profit calculations will be shared transparently before the artist's guarantee is paid.
Performance proceeds are paid within seven days (typically within three days) after the event, following a 3.3% withholding tax deduction.

Performance Information

Tickets are sold through LiNC.
Once your performance schedule is confirmed, we kindly request the following materials within one week to help us create promotional content:

At WUMUJI, we are always exploring new ways to promote musicians. If you have creative ideas for promotion or engagement, please don’t hesitate to share them with us!
Our stage is equipped with a video wall composed of four 65-inch UHD TVs, located behind the performance area.
It can be used to display videos or images that complement your set.
If you'd like to use this feature, please consult with our technician in advance to coordinate visuals and technical requirements.

Recording, Merchandising & Audience Interaction

Performances are generally recorded and filmed for archival purposes.
Edited footage will be shared with the artists, who are free to use the material without restriction.
Excerpts of up to 10 minutes may be featured on WUMUJI’s website, YouTube, or social media channels.
If full-length footage is to be released publicly, it will only proceed following separate consent from the artist.
Artists may sell albums and merchandise at the venue.
If desired, you can also register on the WUMUJI website to extend your merchandise sales online.
After the performance, artists are welcome to interact with the audience within the venue.
Please speak with the venue staff for more details or to coordinate post-performance plans.
